The Mudlarks
The Mudlarks
Good, loud, original punk rock with a sensitive side, The Mudlarks! started playing rock and roll a while back, and still do!

The Mudlarks! feature the talents of Max Cole on drums and sticks, T. Lothar Witt winging and left-handed guitar, Jim “Jimmy D.” Davidson playing right-handed guitar, keys and vocals, and, on bass, castanets and vocals, the infamous Lamb. They have come together in Cincinnati to play unforgettable, finger-poppin’ rock and roll with great grooves and many moods. Added up, their experience represents over 160 years of musical street-cred and road rash in a parallel adventure of songwriting.

Lamb began his adventures in punk by jumping on stage to rock the mic with east coast punk pioneers The Reducers up in New London, Connecticut. Coming back to the Midwest, he was a founding member of Hospital Records‘ seminal act, the legendary 11,000 Switches. He then spend time pounding the skins as a member of Ricky Barnes & The Hoot Owls up in Columbus. Now, he has proudly co-founded The Mudlarks! playing the bass and singing with …

T. Lothar Witt, like backwards people before him, plays the guitar left-handed and sings from the depths of his soul. His humble beginnings drumming with Hospital Records bands 11,000 Switches and Cointelpro quickly led him to a career as a pin up boy drumming with the wildly successful Blanco Nombre & The Babettes splitting his time between them and the recording and performing juggernauts know as BPA and the still-crowned Kings of Americana Wolverton Brothers. He also ascended the drum throne in the reformed version of The Libertines (us) where he first played with Jimmy D. …

Jim “Jimmy D.” Davidson refined his guitar skills with Jockey Club fixtures The Rituals, The Reduced and The Headaches. Became a road dog living in a van, seeing the world with The Highwaymen, The Libertines (us) and spending his spare time tour managing, producing records and teaching young punks how to get “free” showers at truck stops. He may or may not have been in The Buddy Bradley Experience. Always looking for the right song, he enjoys experimenting, playing in an assortment of Rock, Blues, Rockabilly and Honky Tonk Country bands. When he’s not busy being a mudlark, he can be found twanging with The Cousin Kissers. Asked about his long and scattered career, he says, “I just play the same two licks in every band, it’s the drummer that points the direction.” Which leads to Max …

Max Cole is the sharp-dressed, barefoot, stick-swinging king of the humping rhythms with a heart of gold and an eye for a nice design. The long-term timekeeper for By Products of America, BPA, to their legions of adoring followers, and records Residentially as his alter ego, Fuxter Schittly. Max drives The Mudlarks! from the only seat in the house, propelling the band forward, all cylinders firing and running hot!

The Tigerlilies
The Tigerlilies
Cincinnati's power pop stalwarts the Tigerlillies formed in 1989 and set out to fuse glam rock, roots rock, and post-punk into an aesthetic they called "More Pop than Jesus." Led by vocalist/guitarist Pat Hennessy, the band also included former members of the Chrome Cranks, the Candy Snatchers, and G.G. Allin & the Murder Junkies before settling on the lineup of Hennessy, guitarist/vocalist William Weber, bassist Brian Driscoll, and drummer/vocalist Steve Hennessy.
