The Medicine Men

Although the personal have changed over the many years H-Bomb's philosophy "Make People Happy" has been the driving force in the success of this band. The Medicine Men's music cover various styles including Blues, R&B, Funk and Jazz that is delivered with a unique flavor that is guaranteed to keep you feet tapping or keep you on the dance floor.
Warsaw Falcons
Warsaw Falcons
The Warsaw Falcons formed in 1982, playing rockabilly and alt country. This band spanned over 20 years both locally and regionally, utilizing over 40 of the area’s finest musicians, playing with Bo Diddly, The Drifters, Big Joe Duskin and Bobby Keys and opening for acts such as Joan Jet and Marshall Crenshaw. Many fans will remember the “Big Bill Pickle” incarnation of the band, which was formed to play jump blues rock and swing and won the 2000 Cincinnati Cammy Award in that category.

The band reunited in November of 2014 as a 3 piece with David Rhodes Brown, John Scmidt and Doug Wagonner and exhude the same energy as they did in the 1980's.
Ricky Nye & The Red Hots
Ricky Nye & The Red Hots
RICKY NYE & THE RED HOTS are a four-piece group specializing in New Orleans-style rhythm & blues (a la Professor Longhair, James Booker & Fats Domino), zydeco, straight-ahead blues, funky organ R&B, and traditional rock n' roll and boogie woogie piano. The group consists of Ricky Nye (piano, organ, vocals); Edwin Vardiman (guitar, vocals) who leads his own honky-tonkin' group called "Straw Boss"; the outstanding June Levis (drums), long time drummer with formidable blues artists such as Sweet Alice Hoskins and the late pianist Pigmeat Jarrett; and John Schmidt (bass), formerly with Texans "Johnny Reno & The Sax Maniacs" and Cincinnati's "The Warsaw Falcons". Since its beginning in 1993, the band has performed for major festivals and events including Festival New Orleans (a touring Jazz and Heritage festival); Mardi Gras, Maifest and Oktoberfest events in Covington, KY, and Cincinnati's Jammin' On Main, Riverfest Fireworks and Tall Stacks celebrations. Voted "Best Blues Band" in the Cincinnati Enquirer's 2001 CAMMY Awards, RICKY NYE & THE RED HOTS is a fun and energetic party band in the truest sense of the word. Check 'em out!
