Lisa Biales and Doug Hamilton

Lisa Biales and Doug Hamilton are a dynamic duo who have been performing together since 2003. Since she started her recording career in 1999, Lisa’s music has been heard somewhere in the world every day. She has been called “The Belle of the Blues” and the critics are raving about Lisa’s powerful, sultry, crystal pure voice. “She can stretch out a note to the kind of length that makes you forget that you are holding your breath. Lisa grew up in a musical family and has been performing all her life, she is comfortable on stage singing from a knowing heart, while holding an audience sway with her voice. “She has an astonishing ability to give herself over to a song. The trick with a performer like Biales is to not fall for the idea that any of it is as simple as she makes it sound. She is a performer’s performer in that sense.” Doug Hamilton performs with the Wild Water Band, the Richmond Symphony and Michael G. Ronstadt. In the past Hamilton could be seen with Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire and Barbara Mandrel.

The Faux Frenchmen:
Hot Club-fueled gypsy jazz in Cincinnati.

Serenity Fisher and the Cardboard Hearts:
Serenity Fisher and the Cardboard Hearts blend playful pop-rock with a Tim Burton-esque quirkiness. A wordsmith, Serenity Fisher entices stories into becoming songs using truth-telling, highly-visual lyrics, and dreamy melodies. Fisher is a powerhouse singer whose nuanced vocals vary from bluesy belt to sultry whisper, from technical prowess to stripped down raw emotion. Her piano style is theatrical and passionate. Her music has been compared to Regina Spektor, Tori Amos and Fiona Apple.
